If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you might be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDriving and using machines:\u003cbr\u003ePupil dilation and blurred vision may occur after using Visine Novo.\u003cbr\u003eIn such cases, you must not drive or use machines until your vision returns to normal.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMethod of administration:\u003cbr\u003eAlways use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren aged 6 years and older, adolescents, and adults:\u003cbr\u003eThe recommended dose is 1–2 drops in the affected eye(s), 2–3 times daily, unless otherwise advised by a doctor.\u003cbr\u003eRemove contact lenses beforehand (see \"Instructions for contact lens wearers\").\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren aged 2 to 6 years:\u003cbr\u003eIn children aged 2 to 6 years, Visine Novo should only be used upon the recommendation of a healthcare professional.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eVisine Novo is intended for ophthalmic use.\u003cbr\u003e1. Before opening for the first time, remove the tamper-evident ring from the top of the bottle by following the perforations. 2. To open the child-resistant cap, push down and turn it counter-clockwise.\u003cbr\u003e3. After opening the cap, turn the bottle upside down. Tilt your head back slightly.\u003cbr\u003eGently squeeze the bottle to dispense 1 or 2 drops into the conjunctival sac. To avoid contamination, the bottle tip must not come into contact with anything other than the cap. Never touch the eye with the bottle tip.\u003cbr\u003e4. After application, blink gently for a few seconds to ensure the drops are distributed evenly.\u003cbr\u003e5. Close the cap by turning it clockwise until fully tightened. Never touch the bottle tip.\u003cbr\u003eKeep the bottle closed between applications.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuration of treatment:\u003cbr\u003eVisine Novo should be used for the shortest time necessary to relieve symptoms and for no more than 5 consecutive days.\u003cbr\u003eExercise caution with repeated use, as long-term use (even with short breaks of a few days) or excessive use may lead to chronic swelling and\/or atrophy of the conjunctiva.\u003cbr\u003eContinuous use may worsen eye redness.\u003cbr\u003eIf there is no improvement within 2 days, or if redness worsens or persists, discontinue use and consult your doctor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eComposition:\u003cbr\u003eActive substance: tetryzoline hydrochloride. 1 ml of eye drops contains 0.5 mg of tetryzoline hydrochloride.
