The maximum recommended dose for adults is 4 g paracetamol (8 Defebryl 500 mg tablets) per day.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren aged 6-12 years: the dose is 60 mg\/kg per day, divided into equal doses, for example 15 mg\/kg and taken every 6 hours or 10 mg\/kg and taken every 4 hours.\u003cbr\u003eIt is not recommended to take the medicine at intervals of less than 4 hours.
