You should take the lowest dose for the shortest time necessary to relieve your symptoms.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUse in adults and adolescents weighing more than 40 kg (12 years and older):\u003cbr\u003e- Take 1 tablet with water, up to three times a day, as needed.\u003cbr\u003e- Leave at least six hours between doses.\u003cbr\u003e- Do not take more than three tablets (1200 mg ibuprofen) in 24 hours.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eChildren and adolescents:\u003cbr\u003eDo not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age and adolescents weighing less than 40 kg.\u003cbr\u003ePaduden Rapid Forte has a score line on one side.
