Magnerot 100 Tab – Magnesium Supplement for Muscle & Heart Health

Properties:
Magnerot is a medication containing magnesium orotate as the active substance. Magnerot is indicated for the prevention of myocardial infarction and myocardial necrosis, and for the treatment of angina pectoris, provided these conditions are caused by magnesium deficiency, atherosclerosis, stenocardia, arteritis and arteriolitis, lipid metabolism disorders, or muscle cramps.

Active ingredients per tablet:
Active component: 500 mg magnesium orotate dihydrate (equivalent to 2.7 mEq, 1.35 mmol, or 32.8 mg Mg).

Administration:
To replenish magnesium stores: take 2 Magnerot tablets (1 g magnesium orotate dihydrate) 3 times daily for one week.
Subsequently, the dosage should be 2–3 Magnerot tablets (1–1.5 g magnesium orotate dihydrate) per day.
Swallow the Magnerot tablets whole with a little liquid, either before or with meals. The treatment duration should be at least 6 weeks, although Magnerot may be taken for longer periods.

Precautions:
Do not take Magnerot if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to magnesium orotate or any of the other ingredients of Magnerot, or if you have kidney disease or a predisposition to renal lithiasis (urinary stones composed of calcium, magnesium, and ammonium phosphates).
