Sinupret 50 Dragees – Sinusitis & Nasal Congestion Relief

Indications:
Sinupret sugar-coated tablets are a herbal medicine for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the paranasal sinuses. It is indicated for children aged 6 years and older, adolescents, and adults.

Contraindications:
Do not use Sinupret sugar-coated tablets:
- if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to gentian root, verbena aerial parts, sorrel aerial parts, elder flowers, cowslip flowers, or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Sinupret sugar-coated tablets.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Sinupret sugar-coated tablets should not be taken during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor has carefully assessed the benefit-risk ratio.

Driving and using machines:
No special precautions are required.

Method of administration:
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the recommended dose is:
- Children aged 6 to 11 years: 3 sugar-coated tablets (1 tablet 3 times daily); - Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older: 6 coated tablets (2 coated tablets 3 times daily).

Composition:
- The active substances are:
1 coated tablet contains: verbena aerial parts, powder 18 mg; gentian root, powder 6 mg; sorrel aerial parts, powder 18 mg;
elder flower, powder 18 mg; cowslip flower with calyx, powder 18 mg.
- The other ingredients are: Core: potato starch, colloidal anhydrous silica, lactose monohydrate, gelatin, sorbitol, stearic acid; Coating excipients: calcium carbonate, liquid glucose (dry substance), indigo carmine aluminium lake (E 132), chlorophyll powder, magnesium oxide, maize starch, dextrin, montan glycol wax, basic butylated methacrylate copolymer, riboflavin (E 101), refined castor oil, sucrose, shellac, talc, titanium dioxide (E 171).
