Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order at any time before it reaches our logistics partner's warehouse. Once the order is with the logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

• To cancel, please contact us immediately via email or our contact form.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (beauty and dietary supplements), we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
  

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected (if applicable).
