Magnesium and vitamin B6 can contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and can support normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium, vitamin B6 and potassium can contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin E can contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

Ingredients:
1 tablet contains: vitamin B6 1 mg (71.4%*), magnesium 50 mg (13.3%*), potassium 70 mg (3.5%*) and vitamin E 5 mg (alpha-tocopherol equivalent) (41.6%*).

Reference intake of an average adult (8,400 kJ/ 2,000 kcal)

Direction of administration:
1 - 2 tablets per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
