Indications:
Bilobil Forte improves blood circulation in the brain and metabolism and prevents the decline of intellectual capacity.
Bilobil Forte is recommended in the symptomatic treatment of:
- memory deficit, concentration disorders;
- pathological cognitive deficit in elderly patients;
- depressive emotional state.

Contraindications:
Do not take Bilobil Forte:
- if you are allergic to Ginkgo biloba or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
There are no known side effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on the fetus. An increased tendency to bleed may occur.

Due to insufficient data, Bilobil Forte is not recommended for pregnant women.
Due to insufficient safety data, Bilobil Forte is not recommended for breast-feeding women.

Driving and using machines:
Bilobil Forte does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

How to take:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended daily dose for adults and the elderly is one Bilobil Forte capsule (80 mg dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaf) 3 times a day.
Bilobil Forte capsules should be swallowed whole, after meals, with a glass of water.

Duration of treatment:
The first signs of improvement are usually observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Treatment should be continued for at least 12 weeks. If there is no improvement after 3 months of treatment or if symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted to determine whether treatment should be continued.

Use in children and adolescents:
This product is not intended for use in children and adolescents.

Composition:
- The active substance is the dry, refined and quantified extract of ginkgo leaf.
Each capsule contains 80 mg dry extract of Ginkgo biloba L. leaf (35-67:1), corresponding to:
- flavonoids 17.6–21.6 mg, in the form of flavone glycosides,
- ginkgolides A, B, C 2.24–2.72 mg and
- bilobalide 2.08–2.56 mg.
Extraction solvent: acetone 60% (m/m).
- The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, maize starch, magnesium stearate and talc, capsule contents; titanium dioxide (E 171), red iron oxide (E 172), azorubine (E 122), gelatin and black iron oxide (E 172) in the capsule. Another ingredient in the herbal preparation is liquid glucose, spray-dried.
