Fasconal Pac, 10 tablets

Indications:

Fasconal PAC is indicated for: 
- symptomatic treatment of moderate or severe pain with various locations: headache, migraine, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, toothache or in the ENT sphere, dysmenorrhea; 
- symptomatic treatment of fever. 

Contraindications:

Do not use Fasconal Pac:
- hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients listed.

Precautions:

Before using Fasconal Pac, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
Fertility:
In animal studies, high doses of paracetamol have led to testicular atrophy and inhibition of spermatogenesis. 
Therefore, the advisability of treatment with Fasconal PAC in men undergoing treatment for low fertility should be considered. 
Pregnancy: 
Acetylsalicylic acid 
Low doses (up to and including 100 mg/day): 
Clinical studies indicate that doses up to 100 mg/day for restricted obstetric use, which require specialized monitoring, appear safe. 
Breast-feeding: 
Salicylates and their metabolites are excreted in small quantities in breast milk. 
Paracetamol crosses the placenta and is excreted in breast milk at a rate of 1–2% of the 
administered dose. 
Caffeine is excreted in breast milk. Irritability and sleep disturbances in infants have been reported 
.  
Therefore, the use of Fasconal PAC during breast-feeding is not recommended. 
Driving and using machines:
Fasconal PAC has no major influence on the ability to drive and use machines. 

Method of administration:

Adults and adolescents over 16 years of age:  
The usual dose is 2 Fasconal PAC tablets, taken orally, as needed; if necessary, the dose 
can be repeated at 6-hour intervals, without exceeding 6 Fasconal PAC tablets per day. 
Administration at intervals of less than 6 hours is not recommended. 

Composition:

Each tablet contains acetylsalicylic acid 200 mg, paracetamol 200 mg and caffeine anhydrous 25 mg.
List of excipients: Maize starch, Microcrystalline cellulose type 101, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Pregelatinised starch, Talc, Sodium stearyl fumarate.
