Properties:
- may act as an adaptogen (Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, Convolvulus), a nootropic (nervine tonic, neuroprotective agent), and a cardiovascular protectant;
- may help alleviate states of agitation and irritability;
- may also be useful in specific stress situations or during times of negative emotional impact;

Administration:
Children over 14 years of age and adults: start by taking 1 capsule 3 times daily for the first 20 days, then continue with 1 capsule twice daily.
Duration of treatment: 3–6 months or as needed. The course may be repeated after a one-month break.
Not recommended in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.

Precautions:
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age (effects on children have not been sufficiently studied) or in cases of hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Not recommended for pregnant women due to potential uterine contraction-stimulating effects.
Not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, as active substances pass into breast milk and may alter its taste.
No side effects have been reported at recommended doses.
Concomitant administration with barbiturate sedatives may potentiate their effects.
May reduce the effects of certain immunosuppressive medications (glucocorticoids, azathioprine, tacrolimus).
