Revigrip Sinus 500/30 mg, 20 Tablets – Sinus & Cold Relief

Indications:
Revigrip Sinus is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (e.g., headache, sore throat, sinus pain), fever, nasal congestion, and nasal hypersecretion.

Contraindications:
Do not use Revigrip Sinus:
- if you are allergic to paracetamol and pseudoephedrine or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine;

Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using Revigrip Sinus.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy:
Data on the use of paracetamol in pregnant women are limited.
Human and animal studies have not identified any risk to pregnancy or embryo-foetal development.
Epidemiological studies during pregnancy have not shown teratogenic or foetotoxic effects associated with paracetamol at recommended doses.
As a precautionary measure, it is preferable to avoid using paracetamol during pregnancy.
However, as with other medicines, caution is recommended when administering paracetamol during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Breastfeeding:
In humans, paracetamol is excreted in breast milk, but at therapeutic doses, no effects on newborns or breastfed infants are expected.
Fertility:
Non-clinical toxicity studies have shown toxic effects on reproductive function. Driving and using machines:
The medicine does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

Elderly patients may be particularly sensitive to pseudoephedrine and may experience insomnia or hallucinations.
Competitive athletes should be warned that the active substance pseudoephedrine may cause a positive result
in anti-doping tests.

Method of administration:
Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The medicine is administered orally.
Adults (including the elderly) and adolescents over 12 years of age: The recommended dose is 2 Revigrip Sinus film-coated tablets up to 3 times a day, as needed, for symptom relief. The minimum interval between doses is 4 hours.
Do not administer more than 3 doses in 24 hours.

Composition:
The active substances are: paracetamol and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol and 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.
The other ingredients are: core – microcrystalline cellulose PH 102, polyvinylpyrrolidone K30, sodium starch glycolate (type A), talc, maize starch, anhydrous colloidal silica, magnesium stearate; Opadry II white 85F18422 film coating, partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol/PEG 3350, talc.
