Strepsils Lemon Sugar-Free 36 Lozenges – Sore Throat Relief

Indications:
- Strepsils Lemon Sugar-Free is used as an adjunct in the treatment of oropharyngeal infections, helping to alleviate symptoms caused by them;
- rapid (within 5 minutes) and long-lasting (up to 2 hours) relief of sore throat pain;
- antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral effect.

Method of administration:
Always take Strepsils Lemon Sugar-Free exactly as your doctor has told you. You should check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Dosage:
Adverse reactions may be minimized by using the lowest effective dose needed to control symptoms for the shortest possible duration.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days, as imbalances in the oral microbial flora may occur, carrying a risk of bacterial or fungal infections.
Adults: the recommended dose is one Strepsils Lemon Sugar-Free lozenge every 2–3 hours. Do not exceed 12 lozenges in a 24-hour period.
Children over 6 years of age: the recommended dose is the same as for adults.
Children under 6 years of age: not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
Elderly: no dose adjustment is required for this category of patients.

Composition:
The active substances are amylmetacresol 0.6 mg and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg. Contraindications:
Do not take Strepsils Lemon Sugar-Free if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to amylmetacresol, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, or any of the other ingredients of the medicine.
Strepsils Lemon Sugar-Free should not be taken with food or drink; take it between meals.
