Properties:

How to use:
Day formula/ night formula: 1 tablet (yellow) in the morning/ 1 tablet (purple) 30-45 minutes before bedtime.

Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) (standardized leaf extract, with 50% polyphenols [125mg], 40% catechins [100mg], 10% epigallocatechin gallate -EGCG [25mg], 20% caffeine [50mg]) 250 mg.
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) (standardized root extract with 3% rosavins [6.1 mg] and 1% salidrosides [2 mg]) 205 mg.
Vitex (Vitex Agnus-Castus) (standardized fruit extract with 0.6% agnusides [0.2 mg]) 40 mg.
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (standardized root and rhizome extract, with 2.5% triterpene glycosides [0.5mg]) 20 mg.
Nighttime Formula (pm)
Valeriana Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (standardized root extract with 0.8% valeric acid [1.6mg] 200 mg.
Hops (Humulus lupulus) (flower extract) 100 mg.
L-theanine/suntheanine® 50 mg.
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (standardized root and rhizome extract with 2.5% triterpene glycosides [0.5mg]) 20 mg.

Precautions:

Each tablet of Daytime Formula (AM) contains 50 mg caffeine.
Do not use with other products containing green tea.
Do not use on empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended dose of 800mg epigallocatechin gallate for daily consumption!
If you have liver disease or develop symptoms of liver disease, such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice, discontinue use and consult a specialist.
