Directions:
For external use only!
It is recommended for adults and children over 10-12 years old.
Apply 2-4 times a day to painful areas by gently massaging for total penetration of the gel into the skin.
Wash hands after applying the gel.
If applying the gel to hands with arthritis, wait at least 10 minutes before washing.
It is recommended to use Elidor Friction initially.
