AM/PM Menopause Support – Day & Night Formula for Hormonal Balance, 60 tablets

Properties:
- Black Cohosh-based formula that can help reduce menopausal symptoms;
- Korean Ginseng root extract can support immunity, cognitive performance, vitality and libido, can reduce irritability and fatigue, can support healthy glucose and cholesterol metabolism;
- Valerian root extract can contribute to the health of the cardiovascular and digestive systems;
- Hops can induce a state of calm and contribute to sleep quality, and green tea can provide antioxidant properties.

Directions:
Day formula (AM) 1 tablet (beige-yellowish) in the morning;
Night formula (PM) 1 tablet (purple) 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
Use for 4-5 weeks to achieve the desired benefits. 
Continue to use to maintain them. 
During administration, do not use other products containing Cimicifuga (black cohosh) on the same day. 
Once opened, the product can be used until the end of the validity period written on the package.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) (standardized leaf extract, guaranteed 10mg caffeine) 250 mg.
Day formula (am) Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) (standardized root extract, with 7% ginsenosides [7mg]) 100 mg.
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (standardized root and rhizome extract, with 2.5% triterpene glycosides [0.5mg]) 20 mg.
Night formula (pm) 
Valerian Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) (standardized root extract with 0.8% valeric acid [1.6mg] 200 mg.
Hops (Humulus lupulus) (flower extract) 100 mg.
L-theanine/suntheanine® 50 mg.
Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) (standardized root and rhizome extract with 2.5% triterpene glycosides [0.5mg]) 20 mg.

Precautions:
Use by persons under 18 years of age, pregnant women, women who wish to become pregnant or who are breastfeeding, people with allergies to any of the components, people with caffeine sensitivity can only be done on the recommendation of a specialist consultant. 
Each tablet of the daily formula contains 50 mg of caffeine. 
Do not use with other products containing green tea. 
Do not consume on an empty stomach. 
Take use by people diagnosed with diabetes, who use sedatives, tranquilizers or other medications only on the recommendation of a specialist consultant. If you have liver disease or develop symptoms of liver disease, such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice, discontinue use and consult a specialist. 
Daytime formula (AM): Due to the green tea content, do not exceed the recommended dose of 800mg epigallocatechin gallate for daily consumption! and with other products containing green tea on the same day.
Nighttime formula (PM): Avoid alcohol consumption and do not drive cars or heavy machinery, as it may cause drowsiness.'
