Bixtonim Xylo 10 ml – Nasal Drops for Quick Decongestion & Sinus Relief

Indications:
Bixtonim is a topical nasal decongestant containing ephedrine hydrochloride, hydrocortisone, naphazoline hydrochloride and is intended for use in adults, adolescents and children over 3 years of age.
Bixtonim is used in acute and subacute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, postoperative edema of the nasal mucosa

Contraindications:
Do not use Bixtonim:
- if you are allergic to: ephedrine hydrochloride, hydrocortisone, naphazoline hydrochloride or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;

Precautions:
Before using Bixtonim, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.
There are insufficient data from the use of Bixtonim in pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Bixtonim is not recommended during pregnancy and breast-feeding women.

Driving and using machines:
Bixtonim does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

How to take:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The usual dose is:
Adults: 2-3 drops in both nostrils, 3-4 times a day.
Children over 3 years: 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day.
Children under 3 years of age:

Bixtonim should not be used in children under 3 years of age.
The decongestant effect occurs quickly.

The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.

Composition:
- The active substances are: one milliliter of nasal drops, solution contains 5 mg of ephedrine hydrochloride, 0.2 mg of hydrocortisone, 1 mg of naphazoline hydrochloride.
- The other ingredients are: sodium merthiolate, ethanol, sodium chloride, purified water.
