Aspavim 50 Capsules – Cardiovascular & Heart Support

Indications:
Aspavim is indicated for:
Mild hypomagnesemia (states of physical fatigue, increased neuromuscular irritability, muscle spasms).
As adjunctive therapy in coronary artery disease and arrhythmias. For the prevention of electrolyte imbalances associated with the use of thiazide diuretics or furosemide.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to potassium aspartate hemihydrate, magnesium aspartate tetrahydrate, or any of the excipients.

Precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Aspavim.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and fertility:
Pregnancy:
Animal studies have not shown teratogenic effects.
As there are no controlled studies in pregnant women, it is recommended to avoid taking the medication during pregnancy.
Due to the uterine muscle-relaxing effect of magnesium, Aspavim is contraindicated during labor.
Breastfeeding:
Since magnesium is excreted in breast milk, it is recommended to avoid administration during breastfeeding.

Driving and using machines:
Aspavim does not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

Method of administration:
This medication is intended for adults.
Adults:
The recommended dose is 1–2 capsules three times daily. The dose may be increased to 3 capsules three times daily.
Gastric acidity may affect the treatment's efficacy; therefore, it is recommended to take the capsules after meals.
