Indications:
Soledum forte is indicated as an expectorant for the relief of productive cough in acute and chronic bronchopulmonary diseases.

Contraindications:
Do not use Soledum forte:
- if you are allergic to cineole or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before using Soledum forte, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Pregnancy:
There are no data on the use of Soldum forte in pregnant women.
In animal studies, cineole crosses the placenta; however, there is no evidence so far for the effects of cineole on malformations.
Soledum forte should only be recommended to pregnant women after consulting your doctor.
Breastfeeding:
Due to the lipophilic properties of the active substance, its passage into human milk cannot be excluded. However, there are no systematic investigations of this effect or of the possible occurrence of side effects. Essential oils may alter the taste of breast milk and may cause problems during breastfeeding. During breastfeeding, Soledum forte should only be used after consulting your doctor.

Driving and using machines:
Soledum forte is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or use machines.

How to take:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: take 1 capsule 3 times a day.

Dosage:
Adults and adolescents (aged 12 years and over): 1 capsule 3 times a day is recommended

In particular, persistent cases, 1 capsule 4 times a day can be used.
Soledum forte can also be used by diabetics.

Composition:
- The active substance is cineole. Each capsule contains 200 mg cineole.
- The other ingredients are: capsule contents-medium chain triglycerides; capsule-gelatin, liquid sorbitol (non-crystallizable) 70%, as dry matter (FE) (E420), glycerol 85%, purified water; gastroresistant film-Surelease Dispersion – Nutrateric (ethylcellulose, concentrated ammonium hydroxide solution, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid), NS Enteric-Nutrateric (sodium alginate, purified stearic acid), Candelilla Wax.
